ANFACO-CECOPESCA, in collaboration with the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Food, organizes the 2nd Tuna Awards.

These biennial Tuna Awards recognize outstanding innovations in the global tuna sector and aim to highlight the industry’s efforts towards transition and sustainability and reward innovative companies and initiatives.

CATEGORY

Six tuna-related projects will be awarded the Tuna Awards, focusing on innovation in the Blue Transition and Revolution 4.0 categories. Prizes will be allocated to projects by category.

Each winner will benefit from global recognition, as well as promotional and sponsorship support from the organizers. In addition, both submissions will receive an exclusive trophy along with an invitation to network during the 11th World Tuna Conference, Vigo 2023.

APPLICATION DEADLINE

The registration deadline is now open until 11:00 p.m. on July 31, 2023.

AWARDS

The prize-giving ceremony will take place on September 13, 2023, in Vigo, Spain, on the theme of the 11th World Tuna Conference.
